As a Business Coach, you will deliver intensive, field-based enterprise development support to young women and men engaged in livestock and agri-related value chains. You will combine the REAP Graduation Model with a Market Systems Development (MSD) approach to guide participants from selection through to running viable, scalable, and climate-resilient businesses. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead participant identification, onboarding, and selection using defined programme criteria to ensure the right beneficiaries are reached.
