Urgent Action Fund-Africa (UAF-Africa) is a rapid-response grantmaking organisation dedicated to advancing women's rights and supporting women's human rights defenders across the African continent. UAF-Africa is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Feminist Knowledge Leadership (FKL) Assistant to join its dynamic team in Nairobi on a full-time contract basis.
The FKL Assistant plays a critical role in coordinating and implementing UAF-Africa's feminist knowledge production, research, learning, documentation, and monitoring activities. Working under the guidance of the FKL Coordinator, this role supports the delivery of UAF-Africa's Knowledge Leadership Strategy — including coordinating research processes, managing Registry partnership workflows, contributing to MEAL functions, and supporting the Feminist Republik platform and Festival documentation processes.
- Coordinate feminist research, learning, and knowledge production processes from planning to completion, tracking progress against agreed workplans and flagging risks proactively.
