Role Overview

Diageo Kenya (KBL) is seeking an experienced and strategic Facilities Manager to lead the management of all company facilities across 6 production sites and 3 satellite offices in Nairobi. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that KBL workspaces are safe, efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's environmental sustainability ambitions.

Reporting to a senior line manager, you will oversee a wide portfolio of services including catering, cleaning, maintenance, fumigation, and laundry, while managing third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and significant facilities budgets. You will play a key role in driving productivity initiatives, embedding governance frameworks, and delivering on sustainability targets related to waste and water management across all office and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all company facilities including offices, warehouses, and plant areas across 6 sites and 3 satellite offices
